Situated in the peace and quiet of rural Warwickshire, we offer the busy executive luxury self catering accommodation on a weekly or monthly basis.

If you travel away from home for work on a regular basis and have to stay in a hotel room for 3, 4 or even 5 nights per week, Warwickshire Short Lets offers an alternative solution to those corporate hotel rooms. Being away from family and friends whilst pursuing your career can be stressful, so why not try an eliminate some of that stress by staying in the countryside in one of our executive apartments? Warwickshire Short Lets provides a welcome and refreshing approach for those executives wishing to find a little home from home whilst working away. With a separate entrance and private parking, the apartments have been fitted out to provide all those many extras not found in a hotel room.

Our apartments can be rented for as little as one week (Sunday to Friday) and they offer an excellent alternative to a hotel. Many business persons are tired of the restrictions of hotels and enjoy the freedom and flexibility of "their own space". The accommodation is ideal for those relocating to the area whilst looking for a more permanent home, or for the business person working away from home during the week.

The apartments in addition to the usual bedroom with en-suite bathroom have snug and cosy lounge and kitchen areas. You will be able to kick off your shoes, prepare your supper in the well equipped kitchen, and just relax after a day at work, taking in the peace and tranquility of rural Warwickshire. Alternatively there are a wealth of pubs and restaurants in nearby villages and towns where you can eat out at your leisure.


Both apartments are centrally heated and have been recently refurbished to a high standard of comfort. The charges include all linen, towels and weekly service. There is secure safe parking outside both apartments.

The Granary Flat
This first floor studio apartment comprises:

  • King size bed, fitted wardrobe and storage
  • Kitchen area with fridge & freezer compartment, sink unit and microwave

The Courtyard Flat
This ground floor studio apartment comprises:

  • Luxury bathroom with large shower, bath, toilet & wash-basin, razor socket
  • Separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe , chest of drawers
  • Kitchen area with fridge, sink unit and microwave
  • All crockery & utensils
  • Centrally heated by storage heaters

HOW TO FIND US
Lower Watchbury Farm is situated in Wasperton Lane, off the A429 just 2 miles from Junction 15 of the M40. We are ideally located for access to the main motorway network The M40, M42, M1, M6, M69 are all nearby as are Birmingham and Coventry Airports. Warwick Parkway Rail Station is only 4 miles away.

From London: M40 north to exit 15. Take A429 south marked to Barford. Turn left into Wasperton Lane just before you reach the Granville Arms on the right. Our farm is the second farm on the left marked Lower Watchbury Farm.

From Warwick: At M40 junction 15, follow directions above.

From Stratford: Take A439 towards Warwick. This joins A46 at roundabout. Continue forward until junction 15 of M40. Follow directions as above.
